About Bitlux

Bitlux Jet Services is a privately held private aviation charter brokerage headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. We hold ARGUS Platinum certification — the industry's highest safety credential — and serve a discerning clientele of executives, entrepreneurs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals across the U.S. and internationally. Our Jet Card program offers members guaranteed availability, capped rates, zero blackout dates. We are growing the membership side of our business and are looking for a proven hunter to join the team.

The opportunity

This is a senior individual contributor role. You will own the full Jet Card sales cycle — from qualifying inbound and outbound leads to closing membership agreements and growing card balances over time. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Revenue on pipeline strategy and serve as a key relationship manager for high-value accounts. If you have a track record of selling ultra-premium private avaiation to wealthy clients and want to do the best work of your career, this is your seat.

What you'll own

Drive new Jet Card membership sales across Ascent, Cardinal, and Sovereignty tiers, plus Premier Account memberships
Manage and close high-value inbound leads and outbound prospect conversations
Run discovery, membership interviews, and proposal presentations with HNW prospects
Partner with the VP of Revenue on pipeline reporting, forecasting, and conversion strategy
Nurture lapsed and existing members to maintain card balances and drive renewals
Collaborate with concierge and ops on seamless client onboarding experiences
Represent Bitlux at networking events, industry conferences, and client gatherings

What we're looking for

3-5+ years in high-ticket Jet Card, Membership or fractional sales
Demonstrated track record closing $50K–$500K+ deals with HNW individuals
Polished communication style — written, verbal, and in-person
CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and pipeline discipline. You know your sales math and KPIs
Self-starter mentality with high accountability and low ego
Comfort with crypto billing, complex payment structures, and consultative selling
Private aviation industry knowledge is a requirement
