Full Job Description

<Job Summary>
Join our dynamic team as an Exterior Restoration Facade Estimator and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality exterior restoration projects. In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will evaluate building facades, prepare accurate cost estimates, and collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise will help us provide innovative solutions that restore and enhance building exteriors while maintaining strict budget control and schedule adherence. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your construction estimating skills in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment committed to excellence.

<Responsibilities>

Conduct thorough assessments of exterior building facades to determine scope of work, including materials, labor, and equipment needs.
Prepare detailed and accurate construction estimates using industry-standard software.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and project managers to negotiate project costs and scope adjustments effectively.
Develop comprehensive bid proposals that align with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Review construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure all estimating details are precise and complete.
Assist in cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle by monitoring budget adherence and identifying potential overruns early.
Support project management teams by providing detailed pricing insights and contributing to contract negotiations to secure profitable projects.

<Qualifications>

Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on exterior restoration or facade projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques related to facade restoration.
Proficiency in Bluebeam for digital plan review and markup; experience with HeavyBid or similar estimating software is highly preferred.
Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
Strong roofing and waterproofing knowledge is a must .
Familiarity with construction site operations, safety standards, and project management principles.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts accurately.
