About Us

We are Kids Inc, one of Ireland's most established childcare providers, with over 25 years' experience in Early Years and Afterschool Care. We operate nationwide, delivering high-quality childcare services across the country.

Our goal is to extend children's daily learning through a wide range of sports and creative activities, under a strict 'No Screen Time' policy. We support children's development through engaging, active experiences that go beyond the classroom.

Kids Inc operates 5 Creches and Preschool services in Dublin, alongside over 70 onsite Breakfast and Afterschool Care programmes nationwide.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an Irish Language (Gaeilge) Speaking Recruiter to support recruitment for our Gaelscoils across Ireland.

This role requires fluent spoken Irish (Gaeilge). It is essential that candidates can communicate professionally in the Irish language as this role supports our Irish-speaking schools.

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) ideal for someone who is passionate about people, highly organised, and fluent in Irish. Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

You will work closely with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality candidates for our Irish-speaking schools and programmes, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment across our Gaelscoils
Screen applications and coordinate interviews through Irish
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate records on internal systems
Assist with onboarding and compliance documentation
Support general recruitment administration duties

Your Profile

Fluent Irish speaker (Gaeilge) is essential - candidates must be able to conduct professional conversations fully in Irish
Previous recruitment, administration, customer service, or HR experience is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Friendly, proactive, and professional approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about supporting schools and childcare services

All successful candidates will be required to complete Garda Vetting and provide a valid Police Certificate (applicable to candidates who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months since the age of 18).
