Full Job Description

Join one of the nation’s top-ranked collegiate dining programs! UNT Dining Services is seeking an experienced Senior Food Service Manager to lead daily operations at Bruceteria, a high-volume residential dining hall serving thousands of students, faculty, staff, and guests.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of full-time and student employees
Oversee food production, quality, safety, and customer service
Manage labor, inventory, and operational costs
Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and university standards
Create an exceptional dining experience through strong leadership and hospitality

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of food service management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong knowledge of food service operations, budgeting, and quality control
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of supervisory or management experience in food service
Passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and employee development
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
