A typical work day involves a good amount of time sourcing candidates and doing research online. You can not be afraid to pick up the phone and call people. I have, and am still learning how to identify quality candidates and how to keep them engaged. Our management is amazing! Always willing to lend a hand and very supportive while also motivating us to be better. The work culture is the best I have ever experienced. We interact constantly, both professionally and personally, with several people who work 100% remotely and are spread across the country.   

Working here has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. As a leader, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with a talented and driven team that genuinely cares about both people and results. Leadership is transparent, supportive, and focused on long-term success while remaining open to new ideas and continuous improvement.

I have worked at Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. for many years, and it has been a rewarding experience. The CEO and senior leadership team genuinely care about both the success of the company and the well-being of every employee. Their commitment shows in the way they stay actively involved with the team, providing support and guidance on a daily basis. They take the time to understand each person’s strengths, goals, and challenges, and they work collaboratively to help team members grow professionally. The company culture emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and open communication, which makes it a great place to build a long-term career.

Horizon has been an excellent company to work for. The culture created by the President and VPs--as well as the sales team and recruiter team--is very warm, professional and team-oriented. Definitely a family environment where everyone makes you feel valued and supported. Also a huge breath of fresh air for anyone who has escaped quality of life issues that come with a career in hospitality.

Great team to be a part of and excellent place to work. Coming from the hospitality industry this company has shown me an outlook on the industry that cannot be earned from working in the industry alone. We get to help individuals get into a better position in life and we are able to help companies find strong individuals to be a part of their management team. When you get to help people every day you earn a sense of achievement and want to wake up in the morning to go to work.

I enjoyed working for Horizon Hospitality for a variety of reasons, the largest being the potential to grow within the hospitality industry. Although it was a high-stress work environment each day, there was also a good company culture outside of the high-stress times.

Loved the  people. Very hectic on weekends when sports teams were in town. Sometimes scheduling was bad when it got crazy,  I worked alone alot. Overall I  loved it. Hours were great, just to much weekend work.

The best part of the job is collaborating with colleagues and connecting deserving people with their future! 

Our office has amazing energy, work ethic, and passion! We have great leadership that gives us all the tools we need to be successful!

We have a great environment with a great work life and balance. We work hard but are compensated well. I love our clients and helping job seekers every day. We have a great team that is great at what they do.

The best part about working here is by far the people you get to work beside.  Even though it's about your personal performance you have peers and bosses who are there to help guide you.
