A typical day of work was truly filled with mostly smiles and people happy to rock out a good night, on beautiful Hilton Head Island, give great service, and make great money! Serg group sets all of their restaurants up for great success, for all positions involved. Other are willing to help, and took care of their own roles very well too! The hardest part was simply just the high volume. But that was also the most enjoyable part, the satisfaction of handling your section! I learned so much about wine and seafood through our menu and specials. During the server meeting they went over things in detail and gave you ample knowledge to talk with your tables about any questions they could have about a dish! Which i greatly appreciated.

Always helpful staff  and I just had to have more understanding family member to help me keep .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trying to get home at night not close to restaurant.or didn't have phone numbers of other staff 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good and friendly  and always had room for improvement from the staff 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
2pm till close sometimes getting everything set up ,and stocked clock in and make sure everything is ready for opening at 3 .wipe down all service areas ,sweep ,set up bar area tables ,check seating tables for the shift . check specials ,help out where needed till close ,run food if needed

Yes you can make money here and there are SOME happy employees, but for the most part you don’t make any better money than any other restaurants on the island. Plus you have to work double as hard for it. Be ready for micromanagement, rarely being rewarded or appreciated, being surrounded by heavy drug culture, and more than half the employees don’t like working for them. There managers are severely underpaid going into it so they’re usually just as drunk and miserable as everyone else. Overall draining environment and below average culture. Could easily make great money for another company on the island. 

Management is unprofessional and plays favorites even if those people do the absolute worst job. There is no job security. They will fire you for absolutely nothing. Training is a complete joke. Management also will go behind each others back to get one another in trouble with upper management. Toxic is an understatement. 

Absolutely no regard for hourly employees, treated completely expendable. Management however with their smitten attitude would bring their children in atleat 3 days a week, as if the restaurant was a day care. Completely unprofessional. 

This was my favorite job of all time! Management and Co workers are great! Everyone is helpful, and you make great money! I would have stayed but I had to move out of state.

A good place to start your career but easy to reach the glass ceiling due to poor management . You do get great discount perks and insurance. But becomes everyday becomes very monotonous with very little challenge or room for growth. 

Very busy local restaurant. Lots of tourists but also very loyal local crowd. Co workers and management were all great to work with. You can make great money here!! Busy even in the off season. 

It was a great place to serve. Many different restaurant concepts and great coworkers! Would definitely recommend if you are looking to serve and make good money!

If you show up and drop your job you'll make good money, mangers are very stressed out and their energy feeds into conflict between servers, bartenders, and mangers.
