About us

Paralegal/Legal Assistant/Office Assistant - Fluent in Mandarin and English

We are a boutique law firm in Flushing, Queens, focusing on real estate transactions, financing and lending, condominium development, and contract/lease/agreement. We are seeking a versatile and motivated professional who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop a long-term legal career. You will work closely with attorneys on a variety of real estate and corporate matters while assisting with office operations in a modern, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case management, document preparation, and closing coordination
Prepare, proofread, and organize legal files, contracts, and transactional documents
Conduct legal and factual research, and draft correspondence and agreements using templates
Manage phone calls, client communications, and front-desk reception professionally
Maintain and update client and case databases, filing systems, and calendars
Assist with billing, scheduling, and office inventory management
Support attorneys in preparing for closings, filings, and meetings
Handle administrative duties, scanning, and document processing

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior legal or real estate experience highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English
Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and a strong sense of responsibility

Work Environment & Benefits:
