Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic team member for our chiropractic & performance clinic. We're seeking an organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of The Fort Performance & Chiropractic. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will help maintain smooth daily operations, manage communications effectively, and support various administrative functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant team environment while honing your office management expertise.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately and ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, screening calls and taking accurate messages
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries efficiently using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity software
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accuracy in clerical tasks such as proofreading and document management
Support appointment scheduling and calendar management using various digital tools, including Google Calendar or similar platforms
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and supporting patient needs with professionalism and care

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and document proofreading
Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with productivity software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems confidently
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Previous experience as a dental receptionist, medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required
Knowledge of front desk operations, office management practices, and customer support techniques
Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency in office equipment and software tools such as typing at an efficient speed and managing calendar schedules
