Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Payroll Specialist to support payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive employee experience through accurate payroll processing, strong data integrity, responsive employee support, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, maintain strict confidentiality, and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and on time for both hourly and salaried employees.
Maintain employee records and payroll data within HRIS and payroll systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, status changes, and other employment-related transactions.
Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, HR policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations, employment laws, and internal policies.
Coordinate with third-party payroll and benefits providers as needed.
Assist with regulatory reporting, payroll documentation, and related administrative requirements.
Participate in HR initiatives and process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and employee support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3-5+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or human resources
Strong knowledge of payroll practices and applicable payroll laws.
Experience working with ADP Workforce Now
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
