JOB POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports our Account Services team by turning client conversations, priorities, and strategies into organized, actionable marketing projects.
You will help prepare for client meetings, participate in meetings, take detailed notes, identify next steps, and translate those conversations into clearly assigned actions in our project management software.
From there, you will help own those actions through completion by coordinating across departments, tracking progress, following up proactively, identifying blockers, and escalating issues when needed.
This is a fast-paced, fully remote role for someone who is highly organized, action-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities at once.
We can teach you our processes, services, and marketing strategy. You must bring the initiative, communication skills, accountability, technical confidence, and follow-through needed to succeed in a remote agency environment.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
We operate with a culture of extreme ownership.
When you own something, you stay engaged until it reaches the finish line. If something is blocked, you follow up. If information is missing, you ask for it. If a deadline is at risk, you raise the concern early. If something requires escalation, you provide the context needed to help solve it.
You should be someone who:
- Takes initiative without needing every next step assigned.
- Is highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Proactively follows up with teammates and clients to keep work moving.
- Manages multiple clients, deadlines, and competing priorities without losing track of details.
- Communicates early, clearly, and frequently.
- Is comfortable professionally following up repeatedly when necessary to get answers and keep projects moving.
- Reviews your own work and takes responsibility for quality.
- Is resourceful and looks for solutions before immediately escalating a problem.
- Knows when escalation is necessary and communicates issues clearly.
- Handles direct feedback and difficult client conversations professionally and objectively.
- Remains positive and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Thrives with clear goals and the autonomy to determine how to accomplish them.
- Is hungry to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
As a remote team, communication is a core requirement of this role. We would rather you thoughtfully overcommunicate than leave clients or teammates wondering about the status of something.
