Overview:

Currently seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join their Training team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support training department with moving documents from a variety of systems. Administrative work to support site initiatives to get to 1 system for all training & operations work instructions.

This is a very active position and will require someone with a strong work ethic and ability to take instructions and apply with little or no supervision.

Duties/Responsibilities

Data transfer of documentation in word documents from a variety of systems to current online system (PLM, Dozuki, Network Drives and Lotus Notes)
Using AI tools to assist in data transfer of documentation
Assist with additional development in online systems; creating quizzes, course creation and phase training curriculums

Skills:

Required Skills:

Administrative, computer, and secretarial experience required
Computer skills, including Microsoft (excel, word, PPT) are required.
Candidate must have ability to copy and paste from 1 system to another verifying accuracy.
Experience working within computer systems is required.
Good time management & Attention to detail are required.
Ability to lead projects and self-direct task execution with little to no direction (after training)

Preferred:

Strong organizational skills, self-motivation and results driven.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both written & oral.
Adaptability to team needs and working for many individuals in various groups.
Prior documentation writing or teaching experience.
Previous 3M documentation, systems, and work experience are preferred but not required.
AI tool experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
