Full Job Description

Pizza Cook

Location: Worthy Brewing | Bend, OR

Position Type: Full Time

Reports To: Kitchen Manager and Head Chef

Compensation: $18-24 Per Hour DOE

Worthy Brewing is looking for a reliable and experienced Pizza Cook to join our culinary team.

This position will take primary responsibility for the pizza station, including daily preparation, service execution, product quality, and station organization. We are hiring for both morning and evening coverage, so candidates with flexible availability are strongly encouraged to apply.

The right person will be comfortable working independently, managing a busy station, and maintaining consistency during high volume service. This role will also support the broader kitchen team when needed.

What You’ll Do

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, toppings, and other station ingredients according to recipes and production needs
Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked pizza station
Stretch, top, cook, and finish pizzas accurately and consistently
Monitor ticket times and communicate with the line to coordinate complete orders
Maintain portion, presentation, and quality standards throughout service
Track prep and product needs and communicate shortages to kitchen leadership
Properly label, date, rotate, and store ingredients
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Complete opening and closing responsibilities for the station
Support prep, line service, private events, and other kitchen needs when assigned

What We’re Looking For

Previous pizza, line cook, or high volume kitchen experience preferred
Ability to manage a station independently during busy service
Strong attention to timing, consistency, and presentation
Ability to follow recipes and established kitchen procedures
Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure
Flexible availability for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Positive attitude and willingness to support the full kitchen team

Compensation and Benefits

$18-24 Per Hour DOE
