Full Job Description

This is not a typical call center job.

You’ll be speaking with real people going through some of the hardest moments of their lives—serious diagnoses, injuries, and sometimes loss. Your job is to guide the conversation, get the facts, and determine if we can help.

It’s fast-paced, structured, and performance-driven. Some days are heavy. Some calls are easy. The team makes the difference.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

Handling a high volume of inbound (and some outbound) calls—no cold calling
Speaking with injured individuals or family members and asking detailed qualifying questions
Controlling the call while still sounding human (this matters more than you think)
Accurately documenting information—we move fast, but details matter
Following a clear intake process and hitting daily performance expectations
Following up on leads that require additional info

You’ll Do Well Here If You:

Have 2+ years in call center, intake, or inside sales (required)
Can stay organized and focused while handling back-to-back calls
Know how to balance empathy with control of the conversation
Are comfortable asking direct questions about medical and personal situations
Pick things up quickly and don’t need to be micromanaged
Show up consistently—this team relies on each other
