Assistant Executive Director

Water's Edge Assisted Living of Bradenton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Executive Director to join our dynamic administration team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our residents while supporting the overall operations of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Executive Director in managing daily operations of the assisted living community
Support staff supervision, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities
Oversee resident care services to maintain high standards of quality and safety
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency
Assist in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
Promote a positive, resident-centered environment and uphold company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in assisted living, healthcare administration, or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living facilities
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline preferred
Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing exceptional resident care
