Estimator / Body Shop Manager

Location: Santa Cruz, CA

Look Auto Body is excited to announce the opening of our newest collision repair facility in Santa Cruz! We are seeking an exceptional Estimator / Body Shop Manager to lead our new location and oversee all aspects of shop operations.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality repairs, building strong relationships, and leading a successful team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the collision repair facility.
Prepare accurate repair estimates and work closely with insurance partners.
Deliver exceptional customer service from initial estimate through vehicle delivery.
Oversee production to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Maintain the highest standards of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and support the shop team while fostering a positive work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, and vendors.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a collision repair estimator, shop manager, or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, estimating systems, and insurance procedures.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
A commitment to outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
