Front Desk Associate

The Inn on Pine is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in creating a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

● Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service

● Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

● Answer phones, respond to questions, and assist with reservations

● Process payments and maintain accurate guest records

● Coordinate with housekeeping and other team members to support guest needs

● Address guest concerns in a courteous and timely manner

Qualifications

● Strong customer service and communication skills

● Professional attitude and appearance

● Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

● Comfortable with computers, phone systems, and basic administrative tasks

● Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

● Previous front desk, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Schedule

● Part-time only

● Weekend and holiday availability may be required
