Job Title: Administrator / Executive Director

Highlands Senior Living manages a facility for Senior Living residents providing long-term care services.

Job Description:

The Administrator is responsible for the administration of the facility, driving sales and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Administrator will work with the Regional Operations Director to ensure that the needs of residents are met.

Requirements:

Georgia Senior Living Administrator license
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be proficient in computerized data entry.
Must be proficient in completing and submitting documentation required by regulatory bodies such as DPH, OSHA, CMS, CMSD, etc.
Must be proficient in using a computer to perform administrative functions including but not limited to; filing, scanning documents, copying materials.

Preferred Qualifications

LPN, CMA or other strong clinical background preferred, but not required.
