Full Job Description

Company Overview:

Complete Resources began business in 1988 with the idea that the need for recycling America's deteriorated infrastructure was inevitable. Since that time, various projects from interstate highways to city streets to private-site demolition have resulted in over a million tons of materials being recycled into usable aggregates rather than placed in already crowded landfills.

Our experienced team enables Complete Resources to tackle a wide range of custom crushing/recycling projects. Sand, gravel, limestone, and other aggregate products are among an extensive list of materials that Complete Resources can process in addition to traditional recyclable products of asphalt, concrete, and block. Each project is tailored to the customer's specifications and requirements.

Description:

Currently, we are seeking a loader operator. The ideal candidate for this role will have an emphasis on safety excellence and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

Responsibility:

Ability to operate various pieces of heavy equipment, depending on the job site, accurately, efficiently, and safely.
load customer trucks safely and in a timely fashion.

Must be able to ramp all stockpiles, finished and raw.
Must be able to assist in the event of a breakdown.
Clean up around the plant and surrounding area.
Lubricate and perform general maintenance on the equipment.
Ability to follow directions. Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.

Monday through Friday work week. Nine-hour shift.
Ability to work in changing elements due to weather
Document regular maintenance checks to maintain adequate records of equipment performance
Regularly clean equipment to preserve its quality and functionality
Report needs for larger repairs to the mechanic or foreperson
Abide by all company safety procedures
Must pass a drug screening

Education, Experience, and Knowledge:

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required and 1-2 years of related aggregate and mining experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Ability to keep time and material records.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively
Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards
Ability to maintain, inspect, clean, heavy equipment and workspace
Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment
Strong work ethic
Self-starting
