Registered Nurse – CVICU – Columbus, Ohio

Experience: 2+ years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred

What You’ll Do

Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac ICU patients in a high-acuity setting
Monitor patients closely using telemetry and other advanced systems
Administer IV therapies, airway vents, and assist with procedures like Swan-Ganz catheter placement
Respond to emergencies with conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document care accurately using Epic electronic medical record system
Float within units as needed, providing consistent, high-quality patient care

What You Need

Ohio RN license in good standing
BLS and ACLS certification
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, with preference for Cardiac ICU
Proficiency in IV starting, telemetry, vents, and advanced cardiac interventions
Prior Epic EMR experience preferred
Previous travel or agency RN experience a plus
