Full Job Description

Firehouse Subs | Starting at $17–$18/Hour | 30–40 Hours Per Week

Are you an early riser who likes to stay busy, work hard, and have your afternoons free?

We’re looking for a dependable, fast-moving team member to join our high-volume catering operation. Our mornings are busy, fast-paced, and organized, and we need someone who can learn quickly, move with a sense of urgency, and help us get large catering orders prepared accurately and on time.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent hours, competitive starting pay, and an early workday.

Schedule

Start Time: 6:00 AM

Most days, you'll finish anywhere between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, depending on the day's catering volume.

30–40 hours per week are required.

You must be available for one of the following schedules:

Monday through Friday, or
Tuesday through Saturday

The 6:00 AM start time is consistent, while your end time will vary based on the needs of the business.

Starting Pay

$17–$18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

Your mornings will move quickly. Responsibilities include:

Opening the restaurant and preparing for the day
Preparing and assembling catering orders
Making subs quickly and accurately
Organizing catering orders for delivery and pickup
Occasionally working off-site catering events
Keeping work areas clean, stocked, and organized
Jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving during busy mornings

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Can reliably be at work and ready to go at 6:00 AM
Is a quick learner
Is a fast mover and enjoys staying busy
Thrives in a very fast-paced environment
Has a strong sense of urgency
Pays attention to details and order accuracy
Works well with a team
Is comfortable with a flexible end time
Can consistently work 30–40 hours per week

Instead of spending your entire day at work, you'll typically be finished around noon to 2:00 PM—leaving you with most of your afternoon and evening free.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
