About the Role

HUB International South Florida is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wealth Management Client Support Analyst to join our growing advisory team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their financial services career who is eager to build a strong foundation in wealth management operations and client service. You’ll play a critical role in keeping client accounts running smoothly while developing a deeper understanding of financial markets and investment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely data entry across client accounts, custodial platforms, and internal systems

Process and manage new account applications and account maintenance requests

Execute and track money movement transactions, including transfers, distributions, and contributions

Support advisor workflows including paperwork preparation, document management, and compliance-related tasks

Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions

Maintain organized and up-to-date client records in accordance with firm policies

Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing client service needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Business, or a related field preferred

FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam required within 90 days of hire date

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or financial planning platforms is a plus

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
