About Us

Champion Property Services is a family-owned construction and property maintenance company that has proudly served HOA communities throughout Southern California for over 24 years.

We're looking for an experienced Accounting & Office Coordinator to join our Anaheim office. This position is ideal for someone with a strong accounting background who enjoys working with people and being an important part of a close-knit team.

We're a family-owned business that genuinely cares about our employees. Our office has a fun, supportive, and team-oriented culture where everyone works together to succeed. While this position includes administrative and customer service responsibilities, the primary focus of the role is accounting and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting functions using QuickBooks Online.
Process customer invoices, vendor bills, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate roof inspections, maintenance visits, and service appointments with homeowners, residents, property managers, and our field team.
Enter new jobs, work orders, customer information, and notes into JobNimbus.
Maintain organized financial and customer records.
Support the daily operations of our Anaheim office and assist the management team as needed.

Qualifications

Required: Experience using QuickBooks Online with confidence in day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or accounting assistant experience.
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional phone etiquette and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
Experience with CRM software is a plus. No JobNimbus experience is necessary—we'll train you on our system.
