Full Job Description

A2Z is partnering with a respected local construction company that has been serving the community for over 40 years. Known for quality craftsmanship and lasting relationships, our client takes on everything from large scale commercial construction to residential new builds and renovations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and scheduling.
Assist with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Assist with tracking project costs, quantities, and production to support budgeting and forecasting.
Maintain organized and accurate production documentation and reporting.
Assist in procurement and delivery tracking of materials and equipment.
Assist in refining operational processes, enhancing communication and managing documentation.

Requirements:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with limited oversight.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment.

A Plus:

Familiarity with project management and construction software ( Procore, Blulebeam, MS Project).
Understanding of cost tracking and scheduling principles.

Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday
