Full Job Description

Are you looking for a group private practice that is working towards supporting clinicians so they can have the best balance for themselves and to best help their clients? Mosaic Minds Counseling, LLC is doing just that for our remote licensed clinicians.

We offer flexibility in your scheduling, so you can work when you want to work and see however many clients you'd like to see. We also provide screenings to try to make sure we match clients that would work best with you. Who doesn't want to take Fridays off? Or shift what your schedule looks like one week without having to request time off?

We offer support for you because that is so essential in this field. The plus side of the support is that we have a range of what is available for the introverts and extroverts. There are non-mandatory monthly consultations, "open door" moments where you can do notes together online/ask questions/say hello, and a slack channel where you can connect with your team to process, get ideas, etc. to get what you need. And you can engage in this as much or as little as you'd like. We also provide a training stipend and find as many opportunities as we can so you can keep growing and learning, these can be trainings at your discretion and we will be providing access to information on evidence based treatments for OCD as well.

We also give you your time back! So you can do the part you are an expert in doing - holding that safe space to grow for clients. We will handle appointments, billing, marketing, collecting payments, etc. We have some strategies in place to reduce the amount of time you're spending on documentation and are working towards ways of making these processes even faster!

We are hiring therapists fully licensed (LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LSCW, etc.) in either Florida or Colorado to practice from the comfort of their own home. We're currently looking for a clinician that has experience working with clients with OCD or has a vested interest in learning and specializing in this area. You will receive tons of support, consultation, and training from a specialized clinicians who have been working in the OCD realm for years, at various levels of care.

Experience with Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) is preferred or an interest in learning this type of intervention for OCD is a must. Experience I-CBT, ACT, CPT, DBT is a plus.

Responsibilities

Individual 53 minute therapy sessions through a secure, HIPAA compliant telehealth platform
Completing documentation required by insurance standards (biopsychosocial, progress notes, treatment plan).

What will be provided

Payments and billing from client sessions
Marketing
HIPAA compliant EHR, HIPAA compliant video platform, and email
Initial consultation with clients and intake appointment scheduling completed by an intake coordinator
Access to Wiley Treatment Planner for ease in treatment planning
Training stipend to use per therapist discretion
Possibility to be credentialed with health insurance companies
Bonuses for meeting insurance documentation requirements (if seeing insurance clients)
Possibility of a video and photo shoot to be completed by a professional photographer (if interested)
Non-mandatory monthly consultation group to grow skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 per hour
