Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team! In this role, you will drive the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract and retain exceptional talent across various departments. Your expertise in leveraging talent management platforms, conducting comprehensive research, and building strong candidate relationships will be essential to our success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and influence our company's growth through strategic recruitment initiatives. Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Source candidates through diverse channels including social media management, job boards, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to generate a robust pipeline of qualified applicants.
Conduct interviews and assessments, applying best practices in interviewing techniques and employment law compliance to evaluate candidate suitability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates via Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and external recruiting platforms like Lever or HRIS tools such as UltiPro or Kronos.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and C-suite executives on talent acquisition strategies, market trends analysis, and succession planning initiatives.
Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring adherence to employment & labor law regulations.
Lead recruitment projects involving clinical staff recruitment, HR sourcing, and external recruiting efforts to meet organizational staffing needs effectively.
Maintain detailed records of all recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring metrics for reporting purposes.
Must be able to attract great home care caregivers and get them to join our company.

Experience

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare or corporate settings.
Strong familiarity with talent management systems such as Workday, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or Taleo.
Demonstrated ability to source candidates using social media management tools and talent acquisition platforms like Salesforce or HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Kronos.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of employment & labor law as it pertains to recruiting practices and contract negotiations.
Experience managing teams of recruiters or collaborating with cross-functional HR teams on training & development initiatives.
Skills in market trends analysis, employee relations, employee orientation programs, and HR sourcing strategies are highly desirable.
Home care experience a plus but must be able to locate and hire key caregiver talent.
