As the Store Manager, you are the leader of your location. As Store Manager, you’ll set the standard of success within our store. You will oversee all aspects of our retail operations, driving both sales growth and team development. Every day, you'll take pride in knowing you're:

Executing Strategic Vision: You'll analyze sales trends, forecast needs, and execute strategic merchandising initiatives to ensure our store presentation and inventory are always perfectly aligned with community demand.

What You'll Lead Your Team To Do

Your management leadership will ensure success across these critical areas:

Customer Engagement: Inspiring your team to provide expert product knowledge and creative solutions that fulfill our customers' unique needs.
Merchandising & Inventory: Ensuring a clean, beautiful, and efficient store by overseeing product displays, managing sales pricing, and controlling inventory levels. With a heavy emphasis on store presentation, our store associates maintain merchandise and inventory and play an integral role in helping our our customers find exactly what they need, right when they need it.
Services: There’s more to our stores than just the merchandise—it’s the services that we offer that are fast growing areas of our business. You will lead your team to providing top notch company services to our community. This includes but is not limited to community organized events in partnership with local non-profit organizations.
Associate Development: Creating a structured environment for learning and growth, managing scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, and maintaining a high-quality staff.
Operational Excellence: Maintaining strict store safety compliance and driving all sales and traffic targets.

We’re Looking for a Leader Who Has:

3+ Years of proven success in a Customer Service environment.
2+ Years of experience in a Team Leadership/Management role.
1+ Year of experience with Inventory Control (preferred).
The flexibility to manage and execute 10-hour and 8-hour day shifts.

Managing and motivating your team to increase sales, maintain inventory levels and following up on customer credit requests and credit due-backs to our suppliers
Analyze sales, forecast sales and interpret trends in your community to facilitate planning and changes to meet community needs and sales targets
Maintain awareness of market trends in our retail industry; monitor local competitor trends and find unique and innovative ways to reach our customer focus
Customer service resolution on complaints and concerns
Organize special promotions and facilitate community partnerships weekly
Employee relations which include but are not limited to interviewing, hiring, organizing employee orientation and training, maintaining appropriate levels of staffing each day, employee schedule production, payroll and time clocks issues, disciplinary actions, and employee performance reviews
Maintain store safety compliance with state and federal regulations to include reporting discrepancies
Required to be on sales floor regularly to maintain awareness, speak with employees and customers and resolve any urgent issues
