Full Job Description

Come be the warm, steady heart of a holistic dental practice.

Abbey Kramer DDS is a holistic, airway-focused dental practice in Fort Collins built around whole-body wellness and genuinely personal care. We're growing, and we're looking for the person who will become the warm, steady heart of our front office.

This is a relationship role. You'll take a new patient's very first call, learn their story, schedule them, greet them at the door ("hi, it's me from the phone!"), walk them through their treatment plan, and help them say yes to the care that's going to change how they feel. From first hello to done, that's you.

Keep reading if this is you: You're the person friends call when they need someone calm in a crisis. You actually like people, and it shows in the first ten seconds. You've sat across from someone who was nervous about money or a big decision and helped them feel safe enough to move forward. You take pride in things not falling through the cracks. You've been the glue in an office before, and you're ready to be the glue somewhere that will actually see you for it.

You'll own:

New patient coordination from first call to scheduled treatment, as one warm, continuous relationship
Presenting treatment plans and helping patients confidently move forward with care
Being the calm, kind voice when someone has questions about investment or timing
Hygiene recall, the morning huddle, daily numbers, and keeping our patients on track
Coordinating referrals and complex cases so nothing slips

You're a fit if you're:

Authentic — people trust you because you're real with them
Warm — you make people feel genuinely cared for
Calm — you're the steady one when the day gets busy
Experienced — you've done dental/medical front-office or patient-facing work and you know how to lead a conversation
Can talk money and treatment with patients in a caring, no-pressure way
Take ownership instead of waiting to be told
Care about whole-person, quality-first care (airway or holistic curiosity a plus)

This probably isn't the right role for you if: You're happiest heads-down with no patient interaction, talking with people about the investment in their care feels uncomtortable, or you're looking to clock in and clock out without much ownership. This role runs on heart and follow-through, and we want someone who lights up at that, not someone we have to talk into it.

Dental or treatment-coordination experience is needed, and a background in holistic or airway-focused care is even better, but the right personality and heart matter most. We'll train the rest!

Full-time, front-of-house, in our Fort Collins office
$30 to 38/hr depending on experience
