Resilient Wealth Management is seeking a part-time Front Office Representative. This is a fast-paced environment so the right candidate must thrive in a structured team environment but recognize when flexibility is needed and can adjust. This is an ideal position for someone who is a fast learner, organized, detail-oriented, and process-focused.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception and conference room area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Administrative support tasks

Requirements:

High school degree; Some college preferred
Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and business phone etiquette;
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat;
Empathy, respect, and care for others with the willingness to serve;
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
Ability to pass a background check before employment. Fingerprinting is required by industry regulations.

This position works in a professional office environment in the Riverpark Area;
Part-time employment opportunity- Monday through Friday (willing to work around schedule)
