Jags and Rags is a residential and commercial cleaning business based in Jenison, MI. We service the Ada, Allendale, Byron Center, Cascade, EGR, Forest Hills, Grandville, Hudsonville, Jenison, Rockford, Standale, and Walker areas.

We’re excited to be hiring for our very first Office Coordinator! As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced, highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented individual to become the central hub of our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships with both clients and team members, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Company Description:

We provide weekly, biweekly, monthly, and one-time deep cleanings (i.e. holidays, events, move-in/out, and construction). We are known for one of the most reliable and highest quality in the Greater Grand Rapids area.

What You'll Do :

Manage the daily cleaning schedule and make adjustments as needed.
Schedule recurring and one-time cleanings.
Respond to and answer incoming phone calls and messages from current and potential clients.
Communicate with our cleaning teams throughout the day.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee paperwork.
Process payments from clients using our billing system.
Order office and cleaning supplies.
Manage cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is ready to go for each cleaning team.
Help improve office systems and processes.
Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure the company is meeting company goals.

Availability Requirements:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Fridays: 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
Do not work on nights, weekends, or holidays.
Only work until 2:00PM or earlier on Fridays to give you a longer weekend for appointments or to run errands.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and dependable.
Strong computer skills (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Self-motivated with excellent time management.
Previous office, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

Compensation and Work Conditions:

Hourly pay in the range of $20-$22 per hour, based on experience.
PTO (50 hours of PTO at 6 months and 100 hours at 1 year, with 2.5 weeks ongoing after year 1).
We are pleased to offer health insurance (medical, vision, and dental) for full-time employees only, after 90 days with the company.
Pay via direct deposit weekly on Fridays, with taxes taken out.
Semi-Annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
