Insurance Sales Representative – Life Insurance Specialist (with Property & Casualty)

Location: Newport Beach, CA (In Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $18–25/hour + Commissions + Performance Bonuses

We're also proud to participate in the State Farm Agent Aspirant Program, giving qualified team members a clear path toward becoming future State Farm Agency owners.

What You'll Do

Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, follow-up, and outbound sales.
Recommend personalized Auto, Home, Renters, Business, and Life Insurance solutions.
Lead meaningful conversations about Life Insurance, income replacement, family protection, and legacy planning.
Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
Overcome objections professionally while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Consistently achieve monthly sales goals.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency sales processes.
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

Sales experience in insurance, financial services, banking, mortgage, real estate, automotive, retail, or other consultative sales.
Life Insurance sales experience strongly preferred.
Active California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred, but not required.

Requirements

Ability to obtain a California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Ability to obtain a California Life, Accident & Health Insurance License.
Reliable transportation to our Newport Beach office.
