About Restoration Health Center

Restoration Health Center is a growing medical practice dedicated to helping patients recover from car accident injuries, through exceptional medical care and rehabilitation. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to play a key role in supporting both our employees and the daily operations of the organization.

Position Summary

The Human Resources & Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, coordinating training and performance management, and assisting with administrative and bookkeeping functions. This individual will serve as a trusted resource for employees while helping leadership build a positive, organized, and accountable workplace.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Post job openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with hiring.
Assist with employee scheduling and staffing needs.
Maintain complete and confidential employee personnel files.
Track employee attendance, paid time off, leaves of absence, and other HR records.
Coordinate required employee training and maintain training documentation.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and HR-related concerns.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a professional and confidential manner.
Coordinate employee performance evaluations.
Prepare documentation for coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Review, update, and maintain the employee handbook and company policies.
Help ensure policies are applied fairly and consistently across the organization.

Administrative & Operations

Perform light bookkeeping duties, including processing and paying company bills.
Maintain organized administrative records.
Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives.
Support day-to-day office operations to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

3+ years of Human Resources, Office Management, or Administrative experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with payroll, HRIS, or bookkeeping software is a plus.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
