Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Lakehouse Restaurant in Cheat Lake. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to our mission of providing high-quality food and service.
Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a server role within a restaurant environment.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros).
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
Experience in fine dining is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
