Full Job Description

At Natural Glamorous, Orlando’s First Medspa for Latinas, we’re not just another Medspa. We are a place where women come to feel confident and radiant with natural-looking results—never fake or overdone. Our clients trust us because we understand their unique needs, and as a Spanish-speaking electrologist, you’ll be a key part of that connection.

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate electrologist who’s ready to grow. If you want to focus on providing exceptional laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments without having to worry about finding clients, then this is for you.

What You’ll Do Here:

Use advanced laser equipment, including Candela, IPL and Diode Laser technology, to perform treatments with noticeable results.
Consult with clients in Spanish, explaining treatment plans, pre/post-care, and expected outcomes.
Manage scheduling software to set follow-up appointments, ensuring clients stay on track with their goals.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and keep the machines in top condition.
Build trust with clients through amazing customer service, making them feel cared for and understood.
Sell treatment packages to meet their needs and increase your income through commission.
Keep detailed client records and follow all safety protocols to the highest standard.
Meet and exceed performance expectations (KPIs) while delivering exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For:

You must have a valid Florida Electrologist license and at least 2 years of experience performing laser treatments.
Being fluent in Spanish is a must—our clients love that we can speak their language. English is a plus.
You’re confident, professional, and have great communication skills.
You feel confident with sales and are coachable.
You pay attention to details and are committed to providing top-tier service every time.
Familiarity with our equipment (GentleMax Pro, M22, or Diode Laser) is a bonus, but we’ll help you get up to speed.
