The Marketing Coordinator will work to increase revenue and asset values through the creation of original marketing content designed to enhance AestheticsPro’s overall brand in the marketplace, while supporting a wide range of marketing campaigns with a strong creative skillset. This role will also support marketing and communications efforts by managing day-to-day workflows, project schedules, and deadlines, as well as ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and meet our high standards.

The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives, strategic internal and external communications, brand marketing, and marketing operations. Project management skills and experience working on a variety of project types, such as digital campaigns, social media, email, videos, and presentations - are preferred, along with experience or a strong knowledge base in SaaS and/or sales. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Client Success. This is a critical role that will help AestheticsPro accelerate momentum and support the development of a high-performing team.

What will your key responsibilities be?

Content Creation & Development

Create high-quality marketing assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, web, and other marketing materials
Produce and edit engaging video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, customer testimonials, and short-form social content
Write and edit blog posts that reflect our brand voice, engage audiences, and support SEO and content marketing goals
Support the development of rich content such as webinars, case studies, testimonials, presentations, and marketing collateral
Assist with marketing and sales materials including proposals, presentations, and slide decks

Content Planning, Engagement & Research

Maintain and update content calendars to ensure consistent, timely content delivery across platforms
Engage with audiences on social media by responding to comments and supporting community interaction when needed
Conduct market and industry research to stay current on trends, tools, and best practices to strengthen content performance

What Success Looks Like

Marketing projects stay organized, on time, and aligned with priorities
Content is consistent, on-brand, and published regularly across channels
Cross-functional teams feel supported and informed
Campaigns and content assets are executed smoothly from brief to delivery

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Solid writing and communication skills with attention to detail
Basic experience creating content for digital channels (social, email, blog, web)
Familiarity with tools like design platforms (Canva/Adobe), video editing software, and project management systems is a plus
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across team
Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and improve processes

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content production, or project coordination roles

Additional Details

The Marketing Coordinator position is a hybrid position - traveling to in-person meetings or to the corporate HQ Office will be required at a minimum of 2-3x per week.
Applicants within reasonable commuting distance to Olympia, WA preferred.

Compensation
