Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for TIG welding and fabricating metal components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.

Key Responsibilities

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other metals.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions.
Set up and operate TIG welding equipment and related tools.
Select appropriate welding materials, filler rods, settings, and techniques.
Prepare, fit, and position components prior to welding.
Inspect welds for quality, strength, appearance, and dimensional accuracy.
Perform grinding, polishing, cleaning, and finishing of welded components as required.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Identify welding defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
Work with supervisors and other team members to resolve fabrication or quality issues.
