Full Job Description

Job Summary

Come work with our awesome and fun team! We are a new veterinary facility in Pinckney, MI that embraces the human-animal bond through high quality veterinary care. We are seeking an dynamic and energetic Receptionist/Client Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our veterinary team! In this role, you will primarily be responsible for handling the day-to-day customer service experience of our busy cardiology practice.

You will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for clients, visitors, and team members. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a professional and lively work environment. Part time and full time applicants are considered. Full-time applicants receive excellent benefits (retirement plan, health insurance, etc).

Duties

Handling emails, text messages and appointment inquiries from potential and exisiting clients.
Answering phones with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and directing calls efficiently, answering emails and text messages.
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and basic clerical duties
Assist with client communication (emails, text messages) by providing information, answering questions, and supporting customer service initiatives
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, typing correspondence, and supporting personal assistant functions when required

Skills

Strong office management skills with experience in clerical work and administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone reception techniques
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Previous personal assistant or office experience preferred to support executive or team needs
