Full Job Description

Sentry Communications & Security is a well-established, family-owned security integrator with over 35 years in business, serving commercial clients throughout the tri-state area. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced people to join our team.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Telemarketing Supervisor to lead and support a small team of outbound appointment setters. This hands-on role is responsible for driving call activity, increasing appointment conversions, and ensuring consistent performance through coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities

Working lead. Supervise and manage 2 outbound appointment setters

Monitor daily call volume and appointment-setting performanceEnsure team meets or exceeds established call and appointment targets

Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback

Train new callers on scripts, objection handling, and best practices

Track and report on key metrics including calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates

Continuously improve scripts and outreach strategies to increase effectiveness

Maintain a positive, motivated team environment

Qualifications

Prior experience in B2B telemarketing or inside sales required

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment goals

Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Strong communication and coaching skills

Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
