Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No Evenings, Weekends, or Holidays

Location: Morgantown, PA
(Conveniently located near Reading, Exton, Coatesville, Lancaster, and King of Prussia)

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Help Students Build a Better Future

As a Student Success Specialist, you'll provide academic encouragement, classroom support, and positive mentorship to students working toward earning their high school diploma.

Working alongside certified teachers, you'll help create a structured learning environment where students can rebuild confidence, stay engaged in school, and experience academic success.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide one-on-one and small-group academic support
Reinforce classroom instruction across core subject areas
Help students stay focused, organized, and engaged throughout the school day
Encourage positive classroom behavior and participation
Support certified teachers with daily classroom activities
Monitor student progress and communicate observations with educational staff
Help maintain a safe, structured, and productive learning environment
Serve as a positive role model and mentor for students
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (any major)
At least 21 years old
Valid driver's license
Ability to successfully pass criminal background clearances and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in education, youth development, behavioral health, or human services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to remain patient, organized, and supportive in a classroom environment
