About Launch Vector

Launch Vector is one of the fastest-growing companies in the online business acquisitions space. We acquire, scale, and operate profitable online e-commerce brands across multiple industries — connecting capital partners to vetted, high-performing business opportunities.

Our average deal size ranges from $200K–$1M+, and we have a proven, high-volume deal flow with new opportunities closing every month.

We’re looking for a driven, business-minded Acquisition Specialist who will start as a Setter — qualifying and scheduling leads — and quickly transition into a Closer, presenting deals and leading acquisition conversations.

What You’ll Do Phase 1: Setter Responsibilities

Contact inbound and outbound leads to qualify interest, capital readiness, and fit.
Book meetings with Acquisition Closers for qualified prospects.
Maintain CRM pipeline (HubSpot) and execute consistent follow-up sequences.
Collaborate with the marketing and media teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.

Phase 2: Closer Responsibilities (After performance review / proven setter metrics)

Conduct strategy calls with qualified investors or capital partners.
Present available online business acquisition opportunities, walking clients through revenue, profit, and growth metrics.
Negotiate deal terms, address objections, and close transactions.
Coordinate post-close handoff between operations, onboarding, and fulfillment teams.
Continuously refine your sales approach and deal knowledge.

Ongoing Tasks

Attend weekly marketing and deal review meetings.
Research new deal categories and online business trends.
Collaborate with other specialists, operators, and analysts across the portfolio.
Track personal performance metrics and continually optimize outreach efficiency.

Compensation

Commission-Only Position.
High-ticket structure with commissions ranging from $2,000–$25,000+ per closed deal, depending on the acquisition size.
Consistent closings occur every month, and motivated closers regularly earn six figures annually.
No income cap — performance directly drives earnings.
Advancement opportunity: move from Setter → Closer
What You Bring
Experience in sales, business development, or investment-based sales (preferred).
Confidence on calls — excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
Financial understanding: able to discuss ROI, profit margins, and valuations.
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and disciplined work ethic.
Comfort working remotely and managing your own performance.
