Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent service, beverage knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure guests leave satisfied and eager to return.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience
Process cash and card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling responsibilities responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options to boost sales and guest satisfaction

Experience

Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably with fine dining exposure
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests
Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Experience with food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry
Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining a positive attitude
