Full Job Description

Federal construction projects demand disciplined field leadership, strong planning, and strict adherence to safety and compliance, and this Superintendent role puts you in charge of delivering work that meets those standards. Review the posting to see if it aligns with your experience.

As a Superintendent you will:

Manage work in highly regulated environments, ensuring compliance with federal requirements including EM 385-1-1, QC programs, and agency-specific standards
Coordinate closely with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and government representatives to maintain alignment and clear communication
Plan and direct site logistics, sequencing, manpower, and material deliveries to keep projects running efficiently

Requirements of this Superintendent role:

5+ years’ experience in a Superintendent capacity on $25M+ sized projects
Leadership roles overseeing significant civil and site work, underground utility installations such as water and wastewater systems, directional drilling, and/or water treatment facilities
OSHA 30 certification and documented annual safety training
Knowledge, skills and experience with U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards
Experience with Federal Government Clients, NPS or USACE preferred
Site-based position requiring travel
