Full Job Description

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the owner of a thriving real estate business. This role is essential for ensuring seamless business operations and effective communication between owner, clients, vendors, and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and computer skills and will serve as a crucial right-hand support to Danny.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional support to owner by managing his workload efficiently.
Act as a liaison between Danny and clients, vendors, and staff, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Manage calendars and time effectively to ensure all appointments and deadlines are met.
Handle communication management, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
Support business operations by assisting with various administrative tasks and projects.
Coordinate events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and professionally.
Provide personal assistance to owner as needed, maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and take the role seriously to ensure all tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

Requirements:

Strong sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in computer applications and software.
Experience in calendar and time management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, first shift.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
