Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management using digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and update spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail
Support office management tasks including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear communication and positive client interactions

Requirements

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone communication and client interaction
Familiarity with data entry, filing systems, bookkeeping (QuickBooks), and calendar management tools
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document preparation
