Full Job Description

Job Summary:

The Pool Construction Project Manager oversees the construction of swimming pools from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors and vendors, tracking project timelines and budgets, managing documentation, and ensuring quality standards and safety compliance. This is a leadership role where an ideal candidate is organized, critical thinker, proactive, and capable of multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced construction office environment. Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and scheduling all phases of pool construction
Coordinate daily activities with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews.
Monitor project timelines and report delays or issues.
Help ensure construction complies with building codes, safety regulations, and design plans.
Design plans are within jurisdictional code
Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, inspections, invoices, and change orders.
Order and track delivery of materials and equipment.
Assist in budget tracking and cost control measures

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination (experience in pool construction is a plus).

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and works well with others.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and construction apps (e.g. Poologics, Quickbooks,Procore).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
