Job Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk / Night Auditor, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. In this pivotal role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure smooth overnight operations. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating a warm, efficient environment that keeps guests satisfied and returning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service talents while maintaining the highest standards of hotel management and guest relations.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management software
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with precision and professionalism
Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring data accuracy
Monitor security systems, perform routine safety checks, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing special requests, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach to guest interactions
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
Bilingual proficiency is preferred to enhance communication with international guests
Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is essential
Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems are required
Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
