Full Job Description

We are a group of dedicated, driven, and knowledgeable dental professionals who collaborate to provide ethical, empathetic, and quality dental services while supporting an energetic, enjoyable, and respectful environment. This is our team mission and we are searching for an administrative team member who holds these same values. Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical documentation
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, and data entry
- Utilize Curve and Mango to manage patient records and appointments

-Refer patients to specialty offices as needed

-Create 5 star experiences for our patients

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role within a medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for medical administrative support
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and staff members
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient records and documentation
