HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our fun, supportive, and growing ABA team in Fort Hood, TX.

Responsibilities:

Provide ABA Therapy

Deliver 1:1 and group ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
Use teaching methods such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Help children build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills

Collect Data & Complete Documentation

Record behavioral data and session notes accurately
Complete documentation in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records to support treatment progress

Collaborate with Families & Team Members

Work closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and other therapy professionals
Support caregiver training as directed by your BCBA
Share observations and communicate client progress

Maintain Compliance & Professional Standards

Follow HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and company policies
Maintain RBT certification or actively work toward certification
Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing feedback sessions

Prepare for Success

Set up therapy materials and session spaces
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Follow all safety and behavior support procedures

Continue Growing Professionally

Attend required training and professional development activities
Accept coaching and feedback with a growth mindset
Represent HealthPRO Pediatrics professionally with clients, families, and coworkers

Qualifications:

Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Experience in ABA, mental health, education, child development, childcare, or related fields preferred
No ABA experience? We encourage individuals who enjoy working with children and are eager to learn to apply
Ability to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Strong attention to detail and accurate data collection skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and quality care
Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing client needs
Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing training and supervision
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
RBT certification preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
