Overview

Join our dynamic team in as a Assitant Manager, where you will lead the culinary and service operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily restaurant functions, manage a talented team, and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied. We are seeking energetic leaders passionate about food, hospitality, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Your expertise in food preparation, restaurant management, and team leadership will be instrumental in driving success and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management
Manage inventory control, food safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health regulations
Supervise daily shift activities, including supervising staff, training new team members, and conducting performance evaluations
Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy
Coordinate kitchen activities to maintain efficient food production and timely service during busy hours
Implement training & development programs to enhance team skills and promote a positive work environment
Manage budgeting, cost control, and food management to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards

Experience

Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with a focus on food preparation and customer service
Demonstrated supervisory experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles
Strong background in food safety practices, kitchen management, and food handling procedures
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing
Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes in a hospitality setting
Leadership skills in training & development, staff interviewing, shift management, and team supervision
Knowledge of catering, banquet operations, bar experience, or hotel experience is a plus
