Full Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient, responsible, and highly organized Contract Enrollment Agent to join our team. In this role, you will manage standard administrative operations while executing specialized identity verification and biometric data collection for trusted traveler programs (such as TSA PreCheck, TWIC, and HazMat).

Following a comprehensive training period, the ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining strict data security and delivering exceptional customer service.

Schedule & Availability

Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Break: 1-hour mandatory lunch break daily from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

Core Responsibilities

Enrollment & Biometric Services

Identity Verification: Review, validate, and scan official government identity documents (e.g., passports, birth certificates, driver's licenses) presented by applicants.
Biometric Data Capture: Operate specialized electronic workstations to capture high-quality digital fingerprints, passport-style photographs, and electronic signatures.
Data Entry: Securely enter applicant biographical data into federal databases to initiate government background checks.
Data Security & Privacy: Adhere strictly to federal and corporate confidentiality policies to safeguard Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Security Sensitive Information (SSI).

Administrative & Operations Support

Office Facilitation: Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to ensure the efficient operation of the enrollment center.
Vehicle Fleet Maintenance: Take company/office vehicles to be cleaned at least once a week to ensure proper presentation and upkeep.
Communication Management: Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls. Prepare professional email responses to routine inquiries, correspondence, drafts, and memos.
Clerical Duties: Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems. Handle requests for information, data entry, and resolve minor administrative inquiries.
Security Support: Process and compile general clerical reports from guards, including Daily Activity Reports (DARs). Assist guards with overnight issues and late-night schedule call-outs.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic administrative maintenance and troubleshoot minor software or hardware issues with fingerprinting and camera equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in an administrative, clerical, or office assistant role.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and problem-solve.
High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and responsibly after initial training is completed.
License Requirement: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for vehicle maintenance duties).

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Ability to sit or stand at a computer desk for prolonged periods.
Manual dexterity required to guide applicants' fingers on biometric scanners.
Ability to occasionally lift office supply boxes weighing between 10 to 30 pounds.

Background & Legal Hurdles

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
Background Clearance: Must be able to successfully pass a rigorous federal and corporate background check, including a criminal history check, credit check, and drug screening.
