Full-Time Legal Receptionist – Munroe Falls Law Office

Established law office in Munroe Falls is seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Full-Time Legal Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Answering and managing multi-line telephone systems
Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Maintaining attorney calendars and scheduling appointments
Preparing outgoing correspondence and documents
Opening, organizing, and closing client files
Tracking, maintaining, and ordering office supplies
Coordinating maintenance and repairs of office equipment
Scanning documents and providing administrative support to attorneys
Assisting with a variety of office and client-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Typing speed of 45–50 WPM with strong accuracy
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
Ability to operate and manage a moderately complex phone system
Proficiency with Windows-based PCs and Microsoft Office applications
General knowledge of office equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine ability to make clients feel comfortable
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office environment; legal office experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
